Casey Ma holds an MBA and MPH from Yale University, where she received Dean’s Scholarships from both programs, and a B.S. in Psychology and Education from UC San Diego, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Departmental Honors.

She brings firsthand admissions experience from both UC Undergraduate Admissions and Yale Admissions: at UC, she advised more than 6,000 prospective students and families, while at Yale, she served as an admissions interviewer and supported recruiting, admitted-student engagement, yield initiatives, and admissions events.

Earlier in her own admissions journey, Casey applied to 20 graduate programs and received 17 offers—including admission to every Ivy League institution she applied to—along with multiple merit-based scholarships, giving her a distinctive perspective as both a former applicant and admissions professional.

Her experience across education, consulting, healthcare, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and Fortune 500 companies enables her to help students strategically connect academics with research, internships, leadership, community impact, and career exploration.

Casey specializes in guiding students toward highly selective universities by identifying their distinctive strengths, sharpening their academic positioning, and building authentic, cohesive application narratives that resonate with admissions committees.
